Nathaniel Ku represents developers, lenders, and other firm clients in a variety of real estate development projects.
Nathaniel Ku’s practice focuses on real estate transactions. He advises his clients on matters including commercial leasing and acquisitions and dispositions. Nathaniel has represented developers and lenders in a variety of real estate development projects, including residential, commercial, healthcare, mitigation and conservation, and energy.
Nathaniel graduated cum laude from UC Hastings, College of the Law where he served as Managing Editor of the Constitutional Law Quarterly. During law school, he externed for the Honorable Judge Edward M. Chen in the Northern District of California. He also competed on the UC Hastings Moot Court Team, winning the National Cultural Heritage Law Moot Court Competition and earning the Best Oral Advocate Award at the Jerome Prince Memorial Evidence Competition.
Prior to joining Pacifica, Nathaniel practiced real estate law at a California law firm. In his spare time, Nathaniel enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling and exploring Seattle’s food scene.
