Ai-Li advises and represents public, private, and nonprofit clients in litigation in state and federal courts.
Ai-Li Chiong-Martinson’s practice focuses on representing public, private, and nonprofit clients at every stage of litigation in state and federal court. She has experience advising and representing individuals and companies in a variety of matters, including employment litigation, breach of contract, business, and insurance coverage disputes, and securities litigation. An associate in Pacifica’s Litigation practice group, Ai-Li also supports the firm’s school district clients.
Prior to joining Pacifica, Ai-Li worked as an associate at a Seattle law firm, where she primarily focused on complex commercial litigation. She also clerked for the Honorable Debra L. Stephens of the Washington State Supreme Court, and the Honorable Thomas O. Rice of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington.
Outside of the office, Ai-Li enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her husband and two sons.
