We understand well the strategic and operational challenges faced by school administrators. With a dedicated School Districts practice, we help school district clients achieve goals, conquer challenges, and take advantage of opportunities to further their mission.
We routinely assist school district clients in a wide variety of operational and strategic matters, including facility financing and development, public works and procurement, labor and employment issues, and student and special education matters. We often serve as outside general counsel, and have extensive experience advising our clients on a broad array of legal issues specific to school districts.
By working with school districts as a value-added external partner, and through a detailed understanding of their objectives, we are able to provide timely advice consistent with long-term policies and programs.
