Seattle Lawyer Ian Taylor Joins Pacifica Law Group as Partner in Real Estate Group
Pacifica Law Group is pleased to announce that Ian S. Taylor has joined the firm as a partner in its real estate practice group. Ian’s practice will focus on counseling public and private clients regarding real estate leasing, development, purchase and sales, and regulatory compliance. He has extensive experience negotiating and drafting lease agreements and purchase and sale agreements, monitoring and managing property leases, providing advice and drafting documents related to land development, overseeing environmental contamination cleanup and remediation projects, litigating eminent domain cases, and providing advice on legislative and regulatory issues.
