Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) Blocks Travel Ban
On Friday, February 3, U.S. District Judge James L. Robart issued a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) in the case of State of Washington, et al. v. Donald Trump, et al., temporarily blocking enforcement of President Trump’s ban on entry to the U.S. by travelers from seven nations. Pacifica Law Group attorneys filed a brief in support of the issuance for the TRO on behalf of the ACLU of Washington.
