A Beautiful Day at the Washington Park Arboretum

A beautiful day at the Washington Park Arboretum. Pacifica volunteers worked together to move 30 yards of mulch in the Pinetum, an older area of the Arboretum. Our team mulched pine, spruce and other conifers to help conserve water, reduce weeds and add nutrients for the trees. Pacifica is proud to support the Arboretum Foundation in its efforts to protect and enhance this Pacific Northwest treasure. The Arboretum provides urban green space and a world-class plant collection to the public.
