With a background in affordable housing, community development, and equity investment, Erik Jennings’ practice is focused on complex leasing, transactions, and real estate finance.
Erik Jennings’ practice focuses on real property transactions, in particular, complex commercial leasing (landlord and tenant). He has extensive experience drafting and negotiating lease agreement for office, retail, and industrial properties. In addition to leasing, Erik‘s practice includes advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties and real estate finance.
Prior to joining Pacifica, Erik worked as a commercial real estate associate with a large international law firm representing lenders and equity investors. Erik also has worked in affordable housing and community development, and has represented developers involved in the acquisition and rehabilitation of multifamily housing projects financed by tax-exempt bonds and federal tax credits.
Erik enjoys competing in endurance sports, general aviation, and exploring the city and outdoors with his wife.
