Final Seattle Housing Affordability and Livability Agenda (HALA) Recommendations Released to Mayor and City Council

Seattle Mayor Ed Murray’s affordable housing committee, known as the Housing Affordability and Livability Agenda (HALA), released its highly anticipated Final Advisory Committee Recommendations this week to the Mayor and Seattle City Council.
