Microsoft recently announced a $50M investment in the Evergreen Impact Housing Fund, a social investment fund that Pacifica partner, Faith Pettis, has been working on with Greg Johnson, the CEO of Wright Runstad, since September 2016. The Fund will be established by the Seattle Foundation and administered by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission.
