Pacifica Attorney Helps Create New Social Impact Investment Fund for Housing

Microsoft recently announced a $50M investment in the Evergreen Impact Housing Fund, a social investment fund that Pacifica partner, Faith Pettis, has been working on with Greg Johnson, the CEO of Wright Runstad, since September 2016. The Fund will be established by the Seattle Foundation and administered by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. The Fund aims to raise $150M in investments, to be deployed into bond/tax credit projects over the next five years. To date, $61M has been raised, with an $11M investment from a group of local credit unions.
