Carly’s practice focuses on representing public, private, and nonprofit clients at all stages of litigation. 

Carly brings a strong public service background to her legal practice. Before joining Pacifica, Carly served as a law clerk to the Honorable Anne M. Cruser and the Honorable Rebecca Glasgow of Division II of the Washington Court of Appeals. During law school, Carly externed for the Honorable John C. Coughenour of the Western District of Washington, clerked for the Washington Attorney General’s Office, and was an Articles Editor for Washington Law Review.

In her free time, Carly enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
