Luther Reed-Caulkins advises and represents public, private, and nonprofit clients at all stages of litigation.

Luther Reed-Caulkins represents public, private, and nonprofit clients in complex litigation and regulatory matters. He has advised clients in all stages of litigation in both federal and state court, including in high-stakes disputes involving real-estate, contract performance, and employment law. Luther also has a strong background advising both federal and state agencies on administrative law and enforcement matters. His commitment to public service is reflected in his extensive pro bono work, including representing clients in immigration proceedings and appealing a client’s prison sentence under New York’s Domestic Violence Survivor’s Justice Act.

Before joining Pacifica, Luther served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Edward R. Korman of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Prior to clerking, he worked in the New York office of an international law firm. During law school, he served as the Senior Executive Editor of the Columbia Journal of Environmental Law and interned with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and the Washington State Attorney General’s Office.
