Bethany Brown is a people-focused law firm leader and administrator. Together with firm leadership, she ensures Pacifica provides attorneys and legal staff a supportive environment in which to thrive. Her work includes developing and implementing Pacifica’s recruitment and retention strategies, collaborating with firm leadership on long-term strategy and growth, leading firm diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging initiatives, and managing the day-to-day operation of the firm.

A veteran of the Seattle legal industry, Bethany has worked in talent acquisition for several prominent firms. She has designed and implemented attorney recruiting and professional development strategies and systems, and has advised firm leaders on market trends, compensation, and attorney retention. She is also an experienced leader in developing law firm diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and mentoring programs.

Prior to joining Pacifica, Bethany was Senior Director of Attorney Recruiting for a national law firm, where she collaborated with firm leaders to develop talent acquisition strategy with a focus on partner recruiting.

Bethany lives with her husband in the Rainier Beach neighborhood of Seattle, where they have raised two sons. In her free time she enjoys paddle boarding and other watersports.
