Lanna Do is a Paralegal in Pacifica’s Public Law and Finance Practice Group. She supports attorneys and clients in bond issuances for housing authorities, state and local governments, school districts, and other municipal entities. Her experience includes drafting resolutions, official statements, and closing documents; coordinating closings; and preparing transcripts.
Lanna also previously worked as a paralegal at a Seattle investment firm, where she supported the registration of several mutual funds. Her responsibilities included preparing Securities and Exchange Commission Form N-2 filings, consisting of the Prospectus, Statement of Additional Information (SAI), and Part C.
Prior to entering the legal industry, Lanna worked as lead editor for a digital marketing firm and later as a freelance writer. She has also worked abroad as a foreign language instructor in Costa Rica, teaching English to students of all ages. In her free time, Lanna enjoys volunteering with local nonprofits, traveling, and reading.
