Christopher M. Sanders Joins Pacifica Law Group’s Litigation Practice
We are pleased to announce that Christopher Sanders has joined our Litigation practice group.
Christopher’s practice will focus on commercial and municipal litigation, including trials, investigations, and general counseling.
Previously, Christopher was an Assistant Federal Public Defender for the Western District of Washington. He also worked as an attorney for the King County Department of Public Defense, and with the Pierce County Department of Assigned Counsel. As a seasoned trial attorney, Christopher has experience representing clients charged with misdemeanors and felonies in city, state courts, and felony courts, and has case-management experience at all stages of the litigation process, including pre-trial, trial, and in appellate proceedings.
“We’re very excited to add Christopher to our Litigation team,” said Paul Lawrence, Litigation practice group chair. He has extensive trial and courtroom experience, and is able to bring this perspective to help our clients achieve their desired outcome—in or out of court. Christopher also shares Pacifica’s commitment to supporting our community.”
Christopher is a Commissioner on the Washington State Minority and Justice Commission, where he is tasked with identifying and addressing problems of race and bias in the state court systems. He previously served as President of the Loren Miller Bar Association in 2018. He earned his B.A. in Politics at Oberlin College, and his J.D. at Seattle University School of Law.
