Susan Winkelman Joins Pacifica Law Group’s Education and School Districts Practice
Pacifica Law Group is pleased to announce that Susan Winkelman has joined the firm as an associate in its education and school districts group, where her practice will focus on representing school districts in special education, labor and employment, and student matters. Susan provides general counsel and advice regarding compliance with state and federal education laws, including issues related to students with disabilities, employee and student discipline, privacy, nondiscrimination, and records requests. She also represents school districts in administrative proceedings and other forms of dispute resolution.
