We are pleased to announce that Scott Ferron has joined our Litigation practice group.
Seattle—Pacifica Law Group is pleased to announce that W. Scott Ferron has joined the firm as an associate in its Litigation practice group.
Scott’s practice will focus on representing public, private, and non-profit clients at every stage of litigation in both state and federal courts.
Scott’s litigation experience includes coordinating extensive electronic discovery for several large lawsuits across different state jurisdictions, liaising with regulators in an extensive antitrust investigation, and preparing strategy memos for voting rights organizations ahead of the 2020 election.
After law school, Scott worked in the San Francisco office of an international law firm. He then returned to his native Pacific Northwest to serve as a law clerk to the Honorable Susan P. Graber of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and to the Honorable James L. Robart of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
“We’re excited to be adding Scott to the Litigation practice group. His experience in complex and multi-jurisdictional cases make him a great addition to our strong team of litigators,” said Paul Lawrence, the Litigation practice group chair.
Scott graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Stanford University with a B.A. in Public Policy, and earned his J.D. at Columbia Law School.
