Carly Zipper Joins Pacifica’s Litigation Practice Group

Portrait of Pacifica Law Group attorney Carly ZipperPacifica Law Group is pleased to announce that Carly Zipper has joined the firm as an associate in the Litigation Practice Group.

Zipper brings a strong public service background to the firm. She previously clerked with the Honorable Anne M. Cruser and the Honorable Rebecca Glasgow of Division II of the Washington Court of Appeals, and also served for two years as an AmeriCorps Member prior to attending law school.

“We are delighted to add Carly to our litigation team,” said Litigation Practice Group Leader Jamie Lisagor. “Her experience in the Washington Court of Appeals and Attorney General’s Office, and her commitment to helping others through her work, make her an excellent fit for our firm.”

Zipper earned her undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University, and her J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law. During law school, Carly externed for the Honorable John C. Coughenour of the Western District of Washington, clerked for the Washington Attorney General’s Office, and was an Articles Editor for the Washington Law Review. She was also a fellow of the Public Interest Law Association.

During her AmeriCorps service, Zipper worked with youth in San Jose to grow food for people living in areas without access to affordable, nutritious food.
